We collect information you provide through Google OAuth authentication, including your name, email address, and profile picture. We also collect usage data such as projects created, design prompts submitted, credit usage, and interaction patterns with the Service. Technical data including IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies are collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process your subscription and payments through RevenueCat, track credit usage and manage your account, improve our AI models and Service quality, send you important Service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring that users can only access their own data. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Your projects, designs, and chat messages are stored in our PostgreSQL database and are accessible only to you through authenticated sessions.

5. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following third-party services: Google (for OAuth authentication), Supabase (for data storage and authentication), RevenueCat (for subscription management and payment processing), and Google AI / Gemini (for design generation - prompts are sent to generate designs but are not stored by the AI provider for training purposes). Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and language preferences (NEXT_LOCALE cookie). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your designs at any time. You can delete your account by contacting us at support@criei.ai. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
