1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using criei.ai (the "Service"), operated by 16601839 Canada Inc. (doing business as "FB App Studio"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

criei.ai is an AI-powered design generation platform that allows users to create designs for mobile apps, web apps, landing pages, logos, ad creatives, thumbnails, and social media posts through natural language prompts. The Service generates designs using artificial intelligence and provides export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a paid subscription plan at $19/month, which includes 50 monthly credits. Each design screen generation or regeneration costs 1 credit. Unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through RevenueCat. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

All designs generated through the Service are yours to use with a full commercial license. You may use generated designs in production applications, client projects, marketing campaigns, and any other commercial purpose without attribution requirements or additional fees. The Service platform, including its code, AI models, and branding, remains the intellectual property of 16601839 Canada Inc.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms used by the Service. You may not use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface, or resell access to the Service without authorization.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but your existing projects and designs will remain stored in your account. We reserve the right to delete account data 12 months after account termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI-generated designs may not always meet your expectations, and we do not guarantee specific results. The designs are generated by AI and may occasionally contain imperfections or require manual refinement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 16601839 Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
